Why is Garth Brooks charging $125 for tickets to his Vegas shows?

Question

Several years ago he did a three year tour where he played smaller venues and charged way less then average ticket prices for the time. he said he's made enough money already that his children's children's children would be set for life so he wanted to give all his fans a chance to see him. Now, he's charging crazy amounts for his tickets. Is it just because it's Vegas?

I guess he is not only thinking of his great great great grandkids future, but now he's thinking of his great great great great great great grandkids future as well and wants to make sure he has enough money to support them as well. <):{
