Need help with GIF animations!?

I wanted to make a GIF animation as my cell phone wallpaper or screen saver. I already made it a GIF, but it won't move on my cell phone. Other gifs on my phone work fine. I have a mac gif animator GIFtedmotion. Anyone help!

    Test to see if your animations run on a pc screen first.
