hdmi to dvi+audio? Is it possible?

Is there a solution on hdmi to dvi+audio? I am trying to play my Xbox 360, I have a hdmi to dvi cable with which I can only get the video on my lcd monitor but no audio. Is there a converter that can do hdmi to dvi+audio? I am aware of the cable that can do 360 connector (don't know that its called) to vga+laudio but I am not looking for that. Thanks

DVI doesn't carry audio. You can modify the output of your xbox so that you can connect an HDMI cord, while keeping the big A/V connector plugged in so you can use it for the audio part. Google it if you're interested, and feel courageous enough.
