why do i keep getting really achy eyes and head aches?

Question

i keep getting really bad pain behind my eyes and headaches. i drink quite a lot of squash during the day but also in front of the computer. i had an eye test a while ago because i kept getting head aches (before working on computer) and they said my eyes were 100% fine. do i need my eyes tested again??

also i have a twitch in my eye all the time? could this be connected??

Could be migranes or something like that.

Computers the problem!! make sure you take regular breaks from it, staring at a screen allday doesnt help, you dont tend to blink much when on a computer so it tends to put strain on your eyes.

Plenty of water and less computer i say.

Go to the doctors just to be sure aswell, it doesnt hurt in being safe.

These pains could be Sinus related. Try taking a sinus medication and see if it improves.

i get that also, maybe it's not to do with your eyes, it's how much you sleep and how much you walk and run around. tell your eye doctor your situation.
