Easiest place to find a frame would be ebay, but the cheapest would be to find a forum that supports the type of bike you are looking for. I am on one called cbrforum.com which you should be able to find what you are looking for.

Ugh, I hate poor grammar (maybe it's just the incorrect use of the word 'got' where 'have' should be used).
As stated, eBay's a fairly good source, but you can also try Google, as that will search CraigsList as well. Search for CBR message boards and look in the for sale sections of the forums. You could probably even post a WTB (want to buy) thread in a message board to see if anyone has one.
