What is this weird file I found?

It looks useless I don't know what it is or why its name is so long but I'm thinking about deleting it. What do you think?

It is somewhat a temporary file created during installation. The funny characters are encrypted and I believe it was from your driver installation.

It is safe to erase ;)

You may not be able to delete it if in used.

It's either a "sha1 hash file" or "md5 hash file"....it's safe to delete

Leave it alone if you don't know what it is. Looks like it might be needed....amd64
