I am trying to get Descendant letters for my Native American Children?

I have all the paper work to show that my kids are descendants of an Native American but can not find the official web sight for the BIA that shows how to get the letters and the tribe is of no help. Any one with some Answers?

    Without knowing what tribe, this is the best I can do: http://www.bia.gov/

    If I had more information, I might be able to provide a better link.
