Question for people who live in the Omaha Nebraska area...?

There is a restaurant called Taxis Grill, They serve a plate of enchiladas made with chicken and served with white rice. What I want to know is what is the white sauce they serve over the enchiladas? It is kind of sweet. Please help me. If you know how to make it even better!

    talk to the restaurant or someone that works for them is the best bet
