Dear Mr Afarat,

With reference to our previous correspondence concerning our Nile cruise Cairo to Luxor from 31 December 2000 to 5 January 2001 for a group of 20 people, we regret to inform you that we are forced to alter the reservation owing to a change in Ryan Air charter dates. Also the passenger numbers have changed.

The details of the new booking are as follows:

• Passengers will arrive on Dec. 30 at Cairo airport, the dates of the cruise should therefore be altered from Dec. 31- Jan. 5 to Dec. 30- Jun. 4, same time (7.30 pm). We confirm that the return transfer to Cairo airport has been booked with Pyramid Coach Company.

• There are 22 tourists in the group, two of whom travel separately. The accommodation required is now ten double and two single cabins (FB): two more than the 10 doubles originally requested.

• All the other arrangements (excursions to Luxor and Abus Simbel, New Year’s Eve Dinner and Dance in the Luxor Hilton) are the same as confirmed in the letter dated Nov. 15.

Enclosed you will find the new list of passengers and a photocopy of the deposit for the two extra people.

We would be grateful if you could let us have prompt confirmation of the alternations requested together with the new passenger rooming list.
