Hello, somebody knows any public library on line? (country and language does not matter)
I am making an historical research about Chile Republic, and sites like Wikipedia are forbiden for us, our teachers think that sources are not reliable.

It´s not an option becasue you need a plastic card memebership to access.
Library of congress also requires membership card to access (only american citizens are allowed)

Try the Library of Congress web site. They have excellent access to international information.
