Don't drop Miller unless there is a better player on waivers, Wallace isn't the answer as he's up there in age, and I don't think he's the starter in Detroit anyways. Miller isn't starter either but better than Wallace. Trade Felton or AK for a Center (most centers are an upgrade right now)

I like the pick up for Varejao. But dont drop Brad Miller. I agree, you should trade felton, kirilenko, and even include brad miller to upgrade your centers. You dont have to go for a big name center but maybe someone like Marc Gasol, Andrew Bogut, or someone like them to help you.
