Hi! Where is your hubby to be or his family from? Mexico or Spain, these are two different countries, with two very different traditions and songs.

The Spanish culture has a long tradition of tasty food, great wine and of course, spicy music and attire – having a Spanish theme wedding could be the perfect choice for you if you want to plan your wedding a little differently and more unique than most weddings.
Whether you choose to focus on the relaxed, ocean culture of the Andalucia region in Southern Spain, the hip, artsy area that encompasses Barcelona, or the vibrant, cosmopolitan nature of Madrid, having a Spanish theme wedding will be a day that you and your guests will never forget.
when you plan your Spanish theme wedding, try to design your reception area so that it encourages talking and socializing. For example, you may want to consider long, wooden tables, with bench-like seats, which will position your guests closer to each other but also allow a large number of guests to sit at the same table. Circular tables are also a great way to stimulate conversation.
In terms of food, there are many varieties, depending on where you travel to in Spain. Some of the most traditional Spanish foods that you may want to consider serving at your Spanish theme wedding are chorizo (a type of spicy sausage) and manchego cheese with warm baguettes. Spicy green olives and salted almonds are also traditional in nearly all parts of Spain and work great for starters.
No Spanish theme wedding would be complete without Sangria! A Spanish favorite, Sangria is a very sweet mixture of red wine and fruit. You can choose white or red Sangria to serve – or both, for more variety.
Spain is also fortunate enough to have beautiful landscapes and countrysides. Therefore, your Spanish theme wedding could be decorated with fresh flowers, Barcelona-inspired mosaics and pictures of the Spanish coastline.
It is really up to the bride and groom to decide what each feels comfortable wearing on their special day. However, to make the Spanish theme wedding particularly fun, the bride may want to consider wearing a Spanish-inspired dress, perhaps in a bright color, such as red. The groom should follow the bride's lead and wear something that matches her – perhaps a Spanish suit with a bright red rose on the collar.
Having a Spanish theme wedding is a great way to spice up your perfect day and add some unique, original components that are sure to be a hit with your guests.

Do a little research on Latino wedding traditions on the internet and see what ones you want to incorporate.
Or talk to his family and see what they're like to add, including them will make the day even more special and they will appreciate it, they will also help you make it follow better.
