MS Excel is not genuine, what do I do?

I have been using this for 2 years and now when I open my Excel spreadsheet it keeps saying that my Excel is not genuine and that I have 1 day left now and it will be considered not genuine. What happens tomorrow when it's not genuine? Will it lock me out or something to that effect? I need this to work from home and can't afford to buy a "genuine" copy of it. Please help and tell me what to do.

You've got two choices:  

1) Call Microsoft or go to http://store.microsoft.com/home.aspx and be prepared to give your credit card number.

2) Uninstall Microsoft Office and switch to OpenOffice.org the free office suite that can serve as a complete replacement for Microsoft Office.  It even saves in Microsoft format in addition to the OpenDocument Format.  It also natively supports PDF exports.  Go to my profile on Y! Answers and e-mail me if you have specific questions.

You've been using it as a 2 YEAR trial? Where did you buy it from? If you bought it from microsoft then call them.

Search for and delete the Normal.dot and see if this fixes the problem. I think that perhaps you only had a 30 day license (yeah, you were told 60, but it seems to have only worked for 30)
