speedometer swap but here is..?

my problem!

I have an 89 Mustang GT with the 85 mph speedo in it. I got a 140 mph speedo off e-bay and with much less milage on it. Is there anyway to get the 140 mph speedo to read the same as the 85 speedo be for I put it in? I want to keep the car legal as much as I can....Thanks!

    hi there!

you can either set correct mileage by bringing the speedometer to a speedometer repair shop or you can get a odometer correction sticker for the door indicating the original mileage.

you can get the sticker at 1 800 877 4798.

Both Speedometers are a one to one ratio so there will e no problem with accuracy. just plug and play :)

I hope this helps Good Luck!
