The Unlocked Nokia N95 8GB?
How do put the appropriate program in my phone so that I can recieve all the appropriate data.
Ya see I bought the phone from the manufacturer unlocked (no service provider) and I have put my OPTUS sim card in and it works as usual. But when I recieve mms's I don't have the softwear installed that I need. Also, some of my music files from my memory card will not operate.

If you optus card is prepaid,as opposed to a post paid planyou may have to upgrade you amount spent to like a value pack that allows you to send and receive MMS,and some other operator dependant functions on the phone.
