That sounds like a comment of a UK horse fan trying to cover in case the UK horses are soundly defeated in the Breeders Cup by US horses, particularly in the Classic by the superior mare Zenyatta.
Of course, Santa Anita could ship in a ton of dirt and pour it over the top of the pro-ride... that should work!
