The sounds will be used in a game I am creating, and it is therefore compulsory that they be royalty-free or creating by yourself.

There are plenty of sound effect sites with royalty-free sound effects.
As for the voices... odds are you won't get them to say everything you want them to so you can either hire a professional voice actor to run a few lines, or you can ask an amateur voice actor, to do it for free. You shouldn't have a problem finding an AVA willing to do this, but because they're amateurs, odds are they won't have the best quality recording equipment.
