I can't address post doctoral fellowships in every field, but a post doc in public health offered by an institute or governmental agency would be in the range of $45k after taxes are withdrawn. if you consider a teaching assistant a form of a post doctoral fellowship, the salary would be the cost of tuition and books and perhaps $10,000 before takes are withdrawn.
All of these predicted salaries are contingent upon the geographic location, the size of the organization providing the post doc, the nature of the organization offering post-docs, and the university or other kind of organization offering post-docs.
