Does anyone know any good books about understanding color?

Does anyone know any good books about understanding color?...the colour spectrum, colour theory and other things about colour...maybe a book that goes deep into the subject but still explains it in a way thats easy to understand...??

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!! THANK YOU!!

    sorry I actually thought for a second you were asking about any good colouring books- like the ones with the cheap paper and about an inch-thick tome of outlined drawings- I didn't read very well, obviously! :)
