I give:Paul Pierce, Rashard Lewis, Shaq O'Neal, and Dirk Nowitski
should i accept or not? if i do i am gonna drop Brad Miller

No, you can NOT make this trade.
lets go stat-for-stat
FG%: this will KILL your FG%!! Jackson, Martin, and Gordon will almost guarantee a poor score in FG%.
FT%: This is a total draw. You give up bad Bogut's FT%, but get Shaq's.
3's: Another draw. Martin and Jackson are big 3 guys, but so are Lewis, Pierce, and Nowitzki.
REB: You lose here, by a little bit.
***: Another draw.
ST: This will help you a little.
BLK: You are losing here. Shaw, Dirk, and Pierce are solid in this area. Bogut is the only one getting decent blocks that youll get.
PTS: You lose here as well.
