Which knee pads should I get?

Ok, first of all, guys do so need knee pads. Girls use them not because we don't know how to sprawl, roll, or dive, but because if you don't, you get burned! I mean serious floor burn that lasts for forever! The floor is brutal.

I would recomend the Under Armor knee pads. They are slim and nice, and they absorb all your sweat just as well as, if not better than, a regular chunky knee pad.

The only downside is that when they absorb a lot of sweat, the squeek when you hit the floor. It's quite entertaining though.. =)

I have some Rucanor Smash 2 pads. You can also use the small size knee pads as elbow pads if you want.

I think they are fine although they are the only ones I've had so can't compare them to anything else.

Are you a guy? You don't need knee pads as a guy. I have played my whole life and have never needed them.

i use the white volleyball knee pads and they really help because my team mates just stand there and expect the volleyball to come right to them so i dive for the ball alottttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

dude guys shouldnt use knee pads that chick stuff. I in volleyball no guys in my team use that stuff and only the girls becuase we know how to land on our chest when diving for the ball
