Can citronella oil be used in a 10 month baby's cot?
Can a few drops of citronella oil be put on the sheet in a baby's cot. She does not like the mosquito net covering her and is getting bitten at night. It is not causing any inflammation but I'd like to prevent it if possible.
The door and windows in the baby's room are kept closed but naturally they are open in other rooms. We live on the Canary Islands.

I wouldn't risk it,it could cause a reaction.if using aromatherapy you're better off consulting a qualified practitioner.you could try putting the netting over the windows & doors instead,along with the oil in a little dish on the windowsill
