Wheres a good spot to see the yankee parade? What time should i arrive in the city to get a good spot?
I live in Jersey about 1 hour away with so-so traffic. not sure what time i should leave. Also, I've never gone to any sports parades so im not sure where to stand?

This is the first Yankees title in almost 10 years, so the crowd should be big and they're bringing back some classic Yankee players, so expect huge crowds (chilly but sunny). I would find a place along the parade route by 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. at the latest.

Any spot but near the sewer is great in NY, trust me. If you want to avoid that, get there early.
