You have GOT to try Estee Lauder Maximum Cover Camouflage Foundation. One little pea-sized dallop is enough for your entire face and it covers every imperfection in its tracks including freckles, acne, and under-eye circles. It's a little pricey - around 30 bucks for one tube, but well worth the cost. When used once daily, the tube will last about 5 or 6 months. I'm not sure why so many people are recommending Revlon Colorstay - that is a very thick & sticky makeup and doesn't perform very well on oily skin. I have insanely oily skin and have tried every drug-store brand possible. None even came close to being as good as Estee Lauder.

A few other products you should try are Acne Stop and Mattify! Loose Powder. Acne Stop (can be purchased for about 12 bucks at www.theoriginalskinstore.com) and is excellent for spot-treating breakouts. It will heal most within 1 or 2 days and if you dab it on a breakout right when it emerges, it often prevents the breakout completely. Just dab Acne Stop on a q-tip and then onto the blemish. It's very drying, so spot test a few areas first before applying to your entire face.

Mattify! Loose Powder is perfect for absorbing excess oil - dust it on both before and after your foundation. It soaks up oil for around 5 or 6 hours, hides pores, and is completely invisible. You can get this for about 8 bucks at www.mattifycosmetics.com

Hope these tips help you out! I know that I would never want to live without these 3 products - they've made a huge difference for my complexion.

JANE IREDALE!!! I have oily skin and also get breakouts eaily. I probably tried alot of foundations!

Dior made me break out like heck

Korres streaked and made my face looked oily

    Mabylline was horrible

But Jane Iredale is the best! It does NOT irritate my skin at all!! Go ahead and look for reveiws on it! It's awsome. THere isn't any bad stuff in it that could irritate the acne. She even has a concealer that helps acne!! I love her stuff, its amazing!!

If you're willing to spend $25, I recommend Clinique Almost Powder Foundation. It is a powder foundation so it's easy to apply. It's very matte and I LOVE IT. I have oily.combo skin and MAC was making my face super greasy. I tried Lancome and Stila and then found the Clinique. I love that if I want a lot of coverage, I can apply more and it doesn't get all cakey and gross. And if I just want a little, it just looks like nice powder. The color matches really well too...And most importantly, I NEVER break out from this product. I really do love it.

    NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL

1/ Never, ever touch your face.

2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.

3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal

4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.

Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.

5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.

6/ Do this for 90 days.

7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a

nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

It is pretty expensive but worth it to use Bobbi Brown foundations. She has one specifically for oily skin and it is supposed to improve your skins condition while you wear it. You can get it at Dillards or you can go online to her website

    http://www.bobbibrowncosmetics.com/home.tmpl?ngext...

I would check it out. It is about $45 but it is worth it to find something that matches your skin exactly and looks so natural. Even if you decide not to go with this brand, check out her website. She is the absolute best resource when it comes to makeup.

  • Try Rimmel Stay Matte foundation. It got an award from Self Magazine for being the best matte foundation and is under eight dollars at drugstores or Wal-Mart. I truly love all Rimmel products and recommend this one to you! Hope I helped!
