Jacket & Snow Pants zip together?

What I'm wondering is... do you have to get the same brand to ensure that the zipper will work between the two? Or, at least, how can I tell what will and what won't?

Thanks for the help!

Ya usually, they are brand specific, which sucks. They do it cause they want you to buy more of their product. Best way to ensure good fit is to have the two pieces of clothing in front of you. My Marmot coat has snap buttons and I retrofitted my North Face pants with snap buttons to make them compatible. Maybe you could even do something like that if you don't find a match.

"paintings with my pants" Huh? you merely fasten it over your pants so snow does not arise under your jacket. there is not any strategies surgical operation in contact. Pull up your pants and fix them, then zip or clip the skirt and slide it down so it covers the waistband of the pants. No enormous deal.

I'm not sure. it really just depends on the brand I guess. y Jacket and pants zip/button/ clip together and they are two different brands, roxy(jacket) burton(pants), but they are higher up brands. So It just depends
