ok, i am curious about a question and that is if duel masters trading card game is for boys only or for both gender (or suitable for).

Both genders can play the game, even though it is more popular with boys, which is the usual case for TCGs (Trading Card Games). I have seen girls who play the game even better than boys, so the gender doesn't matter at all.
