What is a safety mark?

There is a safety mark that looks like two legs on a triangular background. Where can I find details of what this represents

    Those two legs on a triangular called a ( Kite mark ) when you see a toy or a product with a Kite mark this means that the British standard institution has indecently tested it and has confirmed that the product conforms to the relevant British standard.
