Qualified Dividends: 15% federal tax, plus your state income tax at your marginal rate.
Non-qualified dividends: your federal and state marginal tax rate.
Interest: your federal and state marginal tax rate.
Capital gains on securities held for one year or less: your federal and state marginal tax rate.
Capital gains on securities held for more than one year: 15% federal tax and state taxes at your marginal rate.

That would be a capital gain, and your tax will depend on many factors. Go to the irs website and look up the capital gain tax information: www.irs.gov
