Michael was different and people didn't treat him right. The thing that bothers me the most about people is that even though something is proven, they still choose to be ignorant & biased. Like, how he was proved innocent of the charges and it was proven that he had vitiligo. Yet, people still cease to inform themselves with the truth. Oh, and as far as the opinion thing goes, I was gonna say that MJ liked Princess Diana, and he carried himself with class and sophistication too. Princess Diana was royalty, so it was expected from her, and Michael was celebrity royalty, so it should be expected from him too :)
