mysite.webs.com is a sub-domain of www.webs.com
You cant do anything on it since google adsense do not accept subdomain. Better get your own domain or use blogspot blog

They DO accept sub domains and also Blogspot. unless the webs host is banned from AdSense you should able to get it done. Your site is old enough and have enough content ? This might be the reason too.
Using Blogstop would be lot easy to get accept by AdSense. But you need a blog full of quality content and also blog should be few months old.
