I would really like to get the Eagnas Challenger I, and am trying to figure whether to get it or not.?

I have heard alot about how bad Eagnas is in terms of quality and customer service. I was wondering if anyone had used it and how good it is. Thanks.

Update:

Trying to keep to a lower price, and time does not matter as much.

Glad to see you decided to go with Eagnas. Yes customer service is crap, and they dont speak English too well, however they have an incredible inventory of parts and accessories.

If you have room for a stand up machine, the best one to get would be the flex 920. It is under 400 dollars and an incredible machine. It is a crank, and the previous answerer was right. You may as well get the crank, even if you are stringing only your own racquet. In case you want to string for others, or even resell it at some point, drop weight isnt as good.

I used the flex 920 at a club in NYC and charged a minimum of 35 dollars a racquet, and I never had any complaints. The machine kicks *** and it looks really good also. It is the easiest machine I have ever strung on. The tools etc come with it, but you may want to but a nicer clippers, or use nail clipppers.

Eagnas machines are not all that bad, especially the crank machines. The customer service is TOTAL crap. You will only be wasting your time calling them.

I would not recommend that drop weight machine. It will be much more easy if you look into a crank machine. Drop weight machines are annoying to use and the process of stringing is very slow (almost 1 hour to string 1 racquet!)

Source(s): My first stringing machine was an Eagnas 940. It was a good machine but I moved onto a Prince Neos 1000 (very expensive), but it was worth the investment.

Whales are mammals and they have mammary glands theretofore may had legs but they did not like living on land so they went back to the ocean to live. Humans are mammals also and whales probably did not like living on land with them.
