do japan have any supplements?

hey im looking for a weight lifting supplement from japan something simple to take if possible a creatine base supplement thanks

    You know, the japanese are very smart, and probly have almost evrythin, but they arent really into building muscle. The Japanese way isn't to have muscles, but to hone your skills and hone slimmer stronger muscles. IF they have supplements, they wont be for weight lifting. They will be more for toning the muscle to be slim but strong... It goes back to the ancient traditions for the samurai. they had to have slim, but strong bodies to keep the heavy brass iron alloy armor and hold the katana, tanto, and wakizashi. I dont have to say it again, because you got my point. even in this day and age, the hardcore japanese families are rooted into and submerged in ancient traditions..

    Japan has everything. The suppeiments may come with a built-in MP3 player and video camera.
