I'm having night sweats, I wake up several times a night feeling hot as hell and it keeps me up about 10?
minutes each time. It can happen 3 to 5 or more times a night and I have become very moody. I think it's menopause and I do plan to see my doc this week, but do any of u have any tips or previous experiences that might help me. What can my doc do for me also.
Will I always have these night sweats? I have endometriosis so taking anything with estrogen will cause me to have major pain, is that what doctors give to women going through menopause or are there other options. I am so tired of not sleeping through the night. I feel so
tired now all the time. All helpful info is much appreciated. Thanks.

If you're waking up soaking wet and the sheets on your bed are soaked, that's night sweats. If you're "feeling hot as hell", that's not night sweats. But you do need to talk about your symptoms to to doctor.

Ehm..
If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org/
About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.
