Help with Virgin Mobile messaging pack?

I'm supposed to be on a 1000 message for $10 plan for messaging. However, when I looked at My Account online, one part is saying that I'm on the plan but then in account activity it says I'm paying by message and I see that I'm being charged by the text message. When I checked my balance on my phone it says I'm on the 1000 message plan but it also says my next month starts October 11 which was a month ago obviously. I tried to go to the switch messaging pack screen on the website but it gives me no options to switch. What gives? What am I supposed to do? I do not remember getting any notice about the plans being retired.
