Vegan Question? If a food is processed in a facility that processes eggs,milk or fish is it considered vegan?
I bought it from Whole Foods and it is made by one of their factories.

Yes. They have to put that on the label for people with severe allergies in case a trace ends up in a product. It's vegan as long as it's not listed in the ingredients.

It's up to you whether or not you want to eat it. I would eat it but I have a friend who is a really strict vegan and she wouldn't eat it. The way I see it is if my soy milk was in a fridge with regular milk I would still drink it so that's kind of the same concept. It's different if it says that it has been processed on the same equipment. Than I wouldn't eat because it would be like making stir-fry in a pan that had just been used to make steak.

Yes, it is, I used to work in food service and we had to clean in between doing any and everything, so it is safe to eat, my daughter is a vegan as well and she did some research on this very subject. The USDA has strict standards that each food manufacturer has to adhere to.
Go ahead and eat till your heart is content:)
