why do i get notification after the fact about yahoo questions and answers?
after my contact have picked the best answer i get a notice in my yahoo mail that they asked a question,
then when you click the link it is too late,,that makes me angry what the heck is wrong now with this system?? sorry to all my contacts

You may have a need for more speed,as in have your system upgraded.Another suggestion is to be cautious about how many windows.You have open simultaneously just try to remember less equals more.The less windows you have open will ease the load on your machine.Possibly will make it work faster.

I think it has to do with the comments you make to the one who asks the question. The judges or whomever are very picky and choosy and they might not get enough sleep at night.
