Ahhh! He is sooo annoying & driving me mad. ??!?

Question

There is this guy (lets call him Bob) and he is SO annoying! He was going out with my best friend (lets call her Sophie) and they broke up a few days ago. Since then, he's hung out with me heaps. But he is so clingy and annoying! If I want to go talk to Sophie or one of my other friends, he just follows me. Even if I say that we are talking about a secret or something he still follows! 

Sophie and my other friends think he is really annoying too. He talks so loudly and he keeps leaning on my shoulder which is so annoying! I always just move away and sometimes just ignore him if he keeps following me and talking really loudly. But he doesn't get the picture! Me & Sophie always walk over to my crush and talk to him, but every time we do, Bob is always following and pretty much doesn't let us talk cuz he won't shut up! Our group is full of girls and he is just there, he sometimes gets teased for hanging out with us, (eg. "What the f***? Why are you hanging out with a bunch of girls, YOU PLAYA)..

What should I do?
Should I tell him that he is sooooo annoying? 
Or should I give him the hint that he shouldn't hang out with us?
I don't want to be mean and be the cause of the fight. :(

P.s I'm a grade 7

P.p.s I know this question sound really immature, but can you just help me and not point that out cuz I already know what your thinking..

I think you should tell this Bob of yours.
You say when you talk to your "crush" Bob talks so much you can't. He might be jealous, he might like you.. :O

Okay, I have options for you:

#1 Tell him NICELY and he'll understand

#2 Give him hints that's annoying and shouldn't hang out with you people, for example, say something like "It's so weird how you are the only guy in our group... Hahahaha"

& by the way, it's not that long so you don't have to apologise :)

I think your friend is in some need of attention and just wants to be accepted.. I can imagine that it is disturbing. but you should just be open .. tell him he's a good friend and all ( that wont hurt his feelings) but that you need your privacy . I also think that since he was with your friend (sophie) he feels the need to hang out with you guys .. just be open and honest but use your words wisely because some scares are hard to get over .

ive been there done that. tell him you like being his friend but u wud like a little bit of freedom. tell him u dont mind if he hangs out with u sumtimes but that u wud like it if he didnt follow u every where. tell him in a nice way, u dont want enemies. u may think it sounds a lil bitchy but its ur life and it shudnt be intruded by and obbsessive boy. good luck!
