Extremely tired, why?
I keep burping too.
I'm always tired, extremely tired, sometimes nauseous, I feel like my muscles are weak and that I couldn't possibly lift anything, but I can, and sometimes I feel like I'm about to faint. My lymphs are soar in my neck and underarms, I hurt when touched under the ribcage, but not otherwise, and my hip is constantly aching. I do not have a fever, I don't have the flu (plus I've been vaccinated) and I'm not pregnant. I've seen a doctor and I'm waiting for tests results, but I'm having a hard time waiting. I want to know what it could possibly be. What do you think?
Lyme disease is extremely rare in my country. The last case made the medical journal.

Sounds like you could be battling an infection (possibly mono)... I know it's hard to wait for test results, but try to be patient and not worry. Your blood work will show indications as to why you're feel out-of-sorts... Sometimes mono doesn't come back positive the first time it's tested for, but a good sign to watch for is a soreness under your rib cage on the left side. This is where your spleen is and often times it swells as a result of mono... In the mean time, be sure you're getting the rest your body is wanting and take good care of yourself by eating properly and drinking plenty of fluids. I'm sorry...and I hope you're back to your old self in a short amount of time. Best wishes... :0)

JAVE A LITTLE PATIENCE AND WAIT FOR THE
TEST REPORTS TO COME.
THE DOCTOR WILL PRESCRIBE YOU SOME
MEDICINES AND GIVE SOME ADVICES WHAT TO DO
AND WHAT NOT TO DO.
IT IS BETTER TO HAVE MEDICINES OR TREATMENT
AS PER RESULTS OF THE CHECK UP AND TESTS ONLY.
