Pet Finches have 5 eggs in nest!?
Birds have 5 eggs r they going to hatch? How long in gestation.... should I take out the nest at some point....

Depending on what species they could hatch in 14 -18 days , but remember this is from the last egg laid, not the first one.
As they do not brood right away.
Do not remove the nest till any young are feeding them selves.usually 4 weeks after hatching.

In order for eggs to hatch, you must have a female and male. Most types of finch eggs take about 12-16 days to hatch. Some hatch early, some hatch late. These eggs won't all hatch at the same time. Only take the eggs out if you don't want any more finches.

Yes the (probably) will hatch. The gestation period is 10-20 days depending what type of finch you have. The nest is fine where it is.
