Cost of a Air filter for an ATV?

i have a 1998 Honda 400 Foreman and i checked the air filter and it was loaded with dust and instead of cleaning it in gas or whatever i just want a new one all together.

soo whats the best kind to get, wheres the best places to get it, and the cost obvioulsy and how can i check the filter to see if it fits my model ATV?
