I need recipes for a fast.?

I need recipes for a fast - no meat, some seafood is ok but I dont like shellfish, no dairy, no olive oil, dont like mushrooms or olives,

I forgot no eggs. Valerie - cheese is dairy

    Salmon Cakes

    1 lb Salmon, bones removed

    1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced small

    1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced small

    1/4 cup finely shredded carrot

    1/4-1/3 cup diced onion (green onion is okay)

    1 egg, beaten

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    salt and black pepper

    1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    1/4 teaspoon mustard powder

    1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

    1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

    1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)

    vegetable oil (for frying)

    In a bowl combine all ingredients except vegetable oil; mix until well mixed.

    Form into 3-oz cakes/patties.

    Place the cakes in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

    Remove from fridge, and saute on medium heat until each cake is golden brown and heated through.

    For the Honey-Mustard sauce; combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder, 2 tablespoons honey and pinch cayenne peper; mix and chill until ready to use.

    you can try making sandwhiches, like SubWay sadwiches. you can go there and make your own for $5, and you dont have to add meat. or you can just make your own, however you want it

    you can do fish. like make a fish burger (if you want to eat out, try McDonalds or Burger King, as for the filet-o-fish)

    or you can make spagetti or pasta. without meat. and since you cannot do dairy, well then you are going to have to skip cheese (although it will taste wierd). i know there are some pasta recipies that do not require cheese, and use vinegar and vegtables instead of meat and pasta sause.

    Hmmm--last time I fasted I didn't consume anything but water.

    This sounds more like a very restricted diet.

    How about tofu cubed and sauteed with your choice of whatever cut up veggies you'll eat, garlic, green onion, a sprinkling of sesame seed and soy sauce.

    Shrimp & Pasta

    Things You'll Need:

    1 package frozen shrimp with no tail

    butter

    egg noodles

    garlic

    Step 1boil a bag of egg noodles as directed on package. boil a bag of frozen untailed shrimp for about 5 minutes.

    Step 2melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet. drain shrimp and add to butter.

    Step 3drain noodles. add to shrimp and butter and mix well. add a teaspoon of garlic powder. mix well, remove from heat and let cool a bit and eat! YUM!

    How to Prepare Twice Baked Cheesy Seafood Potatoes

    Things You'll Need:

    6 large potatoes (Baking size)

    Velveeta Cheese (store brand is fine)

    Cream cheese

    Small frozen shrimp (peeled)

    Imitation crab meat

    Milk

    Shredded Mozzarella

    Shredded Cheddar

    Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Step 2Wash 6 large Idaho potatoes. Place in your oven safe Pyrex baking pan. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done. Remove from the oven and make a slit in the bake potatoes. Scoop out the center of the potatoes (the pulp) leaving a small layer of pulp on the skin.

    Step 3 Potato MixtureIn a medium sauce pan, combine 1 cup of Velveeta, 1/4 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of frozen small shrimp (peeled), 1/2 cup of imitation crabmeat (cut into small pieces), and 4 ounces of cream cheese. Heat on low. Stir until all cheese is melted and blended.

    Step 4 Cheesy!Combine the potato pulp to the pan. Mix well. Spoon mixture back into potato skins. Sprinkle with some Kraft shredded Mozzarella cheese and some Kraft shredded cheddar cheese.

    Step 5Reduce the oven heat to 300 degrees. Bake potatoes for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Let cool about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

    How to Make Chicken & Stuffing Roll-Ups

    InstructionsThings You'll Need:

    Chicken breasts, corn bread stuffing, cream of chicken soup.

    Step 1First you need some chicken brests. Lay them flat and pound them out. Not too much, mostly on the thicker end. This will make them roll up easier.

    Step 2Prepare the stuffing as directed or you can make from scratch. With the chicken laying flat put about a spoonfull of the stuffing on top of the wider end and roll up while poking the stuffing in the sides so that it does'nt push out.

    Step 3Place in baking dish. Do the same with all chicken breasts. the left over stuffing you can make little balls and place beside the breasts. Mix cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup of milk. Pour over the top and bake in oven for about 1 hour. ENJOY!!
