Why is the dragon not here?

I've been on the coast of Korea for about 3 days trying to find Puff the Magic Dragon. I listened to the song and he lives by the sea in a land of harmony. So I sailed to Korea. What is going on?

    Lol that song is alll about drugs. You just need to find a dark alley, buy "magic powder" and within minutes, you will find puff! :)
