P10000 a month is more than enough considering she is living in an area with a relatively low cost of living. I regularly travel from Ormoc to Tacloban which is about 3-4 hrs in distance. Most people in these areas live simple lives.
On my own personal point of view, there is practically nothing sinfully expensive in those places. In fact the minimum monthly wage is approximately at PHP6500. That makes your gf slightly well-off than the most. With her monthly stipend from you, and assuming she doesn't have additional expenses (if she's paying tuition fees or if her parents need medical attention) she can live a comfortable life with occasional luxuries (eating out, having a social night-out, a little shopping)

You don't say where you met her. If it was in a bar or via the Internet, be careful. She may have other "walking ATMS" supporting her and her Filipino boyfriend/husband. Filipinas have the art of scamming western men down to a science.
Maybe she is legitimate, but it is unwise to send money to women in the Philippines - way too may scams. It is better to move there and really get to know a woman before you make any commitments, not to mention sending money long distance.
Incidentally, I have spent a considerable amount of time in Tacloban, and can tell you the cost of living there is very low, especially if she is living with her mother. Still, if you start with 10,000/month, you can probably expect to be asked to raise it quite frequently.

That's about what a full time teacher, with a college degree, working in the public schools earns per month. Assuming her entire family don't all quit working and live off you, it will give her a good lifestyle compared to most of her neighbors.
If her family believes they've hit a gold mine all bets are off and it becomes a bottomless pit.
