How can I make it so that people who request me on myspace don't have to type in my email address?

I still my profile to be private, but I don't want to have it so that people requesting me have to know my email address.

Update:

I am over 16.

Go to privacy and in there, you can set it to require an email address (for people to add you) or for them to have to type in your last name. If you uncheck the boxes, then save, then it will automatically let people add you without knowing your email address or last name. good luck
