It is very important to take steps to control and reduce high blood pressure. Left untreated, it can result in heart disease or even stroke. High blood pressure can be well controlled by combining a healthy lifestyle with the correct medical treatment. Natural high blood pressure remedies can help!

Natural high blood pressure remedies are a potentially effective alternative to synthetic blood pressure medication, especially if combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

    * Hawthorn (Crataegus xyacantha) helps the body to adequately dilate blood vessels, thereby maintaining a healthy supply of oxygen and energy to the heart and facilitating normal pumping ability. Numerous recent studies have confirmed the benefits of Hawthorn on the health of the cardiovascular system.

    * Passion Flower (Passiflora Incarnata) has flavonoids which are compounds found in fruits and vegetables that have diverse beneficial biochemical and antioxidant effects, glycosides (that play numerous important roles in living organisms), alkaloids (that have pharmacological effects on humans) and saparin. Passiflora has stood up well to clinical studies on animals that support its traditional usage to assist in cardiac health.

    * Guelder Rose bark (Viburnum Opulus) is known for its natural ability to relax muscles while supporting cardiac muscle health.

    * Maidenhair Tree (Ginkgo Biloba) is highly prized for its medicinal properties in Chinese Traditional Medicine. One of the most important active ingredients, ginkgolide, has been clinically shown to be an effective cardiac muscle tonic. Recent studies have demonstrated this herbs ability to support cardiac health.

My husband has had positive results with Respirate, which is a device which regulates your breathing. He also uses Hyperexol. Also we use Celtic sea salt for cooking instead of regular table salt. All have helped in reducing his high blood pressure, which used to be in the range of 190 / 105. Additionally drinking lots of water helps. Niacin and an Indian herb called Guggul are both believed to quickly and safely lower cholesterol. I recently, personally had the experience where my blood pressure went to 156 / 71 which was very unusual for me since I usually measure 115/60. I immediately began a rigid exercise and diet regime and lost ten pounds in two weeks. Yesterday and today my blood pressure reading was 117/61 Try not to worry, think positive thoughts and know that there is a natural cure.

There are a number of herbal and homeopathic remedies that are well known for their ability to control high blood pressure with great success. Unlike conventional medicines, which do not always address the root cause, natural remedies can do this without the risk of side effects or addiction.

Some of them include Crataegus Oxyacantha, Agathosma betulina, Olea europea and Ginger.

In keeping with a holistic approach to health, Naturopaths recognize that high blood pressure may be a sign or symptom of imbalance in the body and thus recommend a combination of lifestyle changes and natural remedies to remove the causes of the high blood pressure, rather than simply just treating the symptoms.

Remember to always source your natural remedies from a reputable company in order to ensure safety, efficacy, and correct therapeutic dosage.

Some most effective home made remedies for High Blood Pressure are:

    ·

Curry leaves juice – Take a handful of curry leaves, wash them thoroughly and put them in the mixer. Add ½ a glass of water, churn well and sieve. Add juice of a lemon and drink. Do this thrice a day for around 2 months, then cut down to once each day.

    ·

Take 1-2 cloves of garlic first thing in the morning. If you can’t eat, swallow with water, but then do it twice a day. Garlic reduces spasms of the small arteries besides bringing down the pulse rate and modifying the heart rhythm. It also relieves the symptoms of dizziness, numbness and breathlessness.

There are lot more natural alternatives available. You may check out http://www.healthherbsandnutrition.com/remedies/h/... for more details on them.

Eating too much salt can increase blood pressure, so reducing salt could help you. Also, there is a cheap salt substitute at the store made of potassium salt which can decrease blood pressure too, but be careful not to take much of it at a time. Check with a doctor about the potassium salt before you try it. Also, know that God can help you live a better life if you want Him to help you. You can have a personal relationship with God by saying the prayer below. God is our Creator, all-knowing, all-powerful, eternal, holy, love. God loves us and sent us His Son, Jesus Christ, so we can go to heaven if we know and follow Him. Forever means without end -- time on and on without death. Forever is what happens after we die. Either we go to heaven and be with God forever, or we go to hell which is very bad and painful forever. The good people who are saved believers in Jesus Christ go to heaven. The bad people go to hell. We need to know and follow God in this world to get to heaven in the next world. We follow God by loving and obeying Him and loving others for Him. Jesus Christ, God's Son, is our bridge to God. Jesus died on the cross to cancel our sins. We need to accept Jesus into our life as our Lord and Savior forever to receive God's blessing and forgiveness plus go to heaven to be with God forever after we die. This is about being a born-again Christian. Faith in God is a gift from God. You can pray for faith in God. Just speak out and ask God for the faith to believe in Him and to follow Him. Some people find faith in God when they realize the beauty in the world is made by God. Evolution can't explain the world's natural beauty, for example, the parks in the world, animals, flowers, peacocks, sunsets, butterflies, rainbows, etc. After you have your faith on, you can pray a sinner's prayer to be a born-again Christian. This prayer is very important and should be said with a sincere heart and faith in God. This is the prayer: "Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that Jesus Christ is the sacrifice for our sins. I have done the following sins (state these out) and I pray to discontinue these sins. I pray to receive Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord and Savior forever. In Jesus' name, amen." I'm Lutheran and I like the Baptist churches too. You could check out a Christian church and also see about their weekly Bible study group as a good way to learn about God's will for your life. You can pray to God about your daily life and have a Christian church pray for you.
