Don't beat around the bush. Just say it. Guys hate that sort of thing. It annoys them.

Do not just go up to him and tell him. Go up to him and ask his name ( you might know what it is but he doesnt know that) and just start a conversation. Wait a day and the next day just look for him and start another conversation take him to where your both alone and tell him. It has to be on the second or third day after you first atlk to him when you ask him because if not he will just get the impression of a friend.

Just ask him out, guys like being straight to the point, no using friends, txting, etc.. also dont be awkward around him and aknowlege him
