i have pain at left upper side of my head it happens for like 5 secondes but it is hard, with getting dizzy?

You might try doing this to release the muscles in your neck. You may have to do it a few times but it should help with that pain:
Back of head:
Place your hands behind your head and put your fingers on the muscles on your neck. Press a moderate pressure onto them and hold it. Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After 30 seconds, slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Then release the pressure but hold your head there for one minute longer.

its your blood pressure . sometimes when we lift our head after sleeping we move faster than our blood pressure has the ability to adjust. try rolling slowly out of bed rathwer than just lifting your head and getting up quickly. this should do the trick---cynthia
