    I'd start Lynch and Charles.

Lynch is still seeing the huge brunt of the carries (I don't know why because he's not all that great) and he's playing a Titans defense that has been destroyed by the running game recently (just ask Laurence Maroney and Maurice Jones-Drew). Albert Haynesworth's ability to clog up the middle has surely been missed and his absense is a big reason as to why the Titans' struggle.

McFadden has said that the Raiders are going to give Fargas most of the workload against the Chiefs to try and ease McFadden back into the swing of things. Perfectly understandable, considering how much the Raiders suck and that they have no shot at a playoff berth.

Charles is in a 3 runningback timeshare with Kolby Smith and Dantrell Savage. Todd Haley isn't committing to Charles just yet, but he's going against the Raiders and should still see about 50% of the rushing workload so 70 yards rushing and 30 yards receiving shouldn't be difficult for him to get (which still adds up to 10 points).

Mike Bell is going up against the Rams, the Saints showed last week that Thomas has become the feature back. This means that Mike Bell will only be worth something in garbage time, which means that it's very possible that he will do well because the Saints should kill the Rams; but you should never start a guy based on the assumption that he will get his touches because the game is going to be a blowout. Bell is a high-risk, potentially high-reward option; but I'd personally bench him.

Andy Reid directly stated today that Westbrook is "playing", thus killing any almost all fantasy value McCoy has until the next time Westbrook gets hurt.

So as I stated earlier, start Lynch and Charles!

Id be wary of McFadden and Charles. How much offense do you think you are gonna see from the Raiders and KC? McFadden has been gimpy, and Fargas and Bush are there too. Lynch is going to see the most work, and is up against Tennesee, No question Lynch should be your number two. Your choice for the 3rd back should come down to this- either you have faith either McFadden or Charles is going to have a day, or you don't think Westbrook is going to see a ton of snaps. Bell is a long shot, although there is likely to be a lot of garbage time in that one. But don't bench Lynch this week, and personally I like McCoy. Good luck.

Green Ellis for sure. One thing he has tht beanie wells definetely doesnt have is consistency. At least 1 TD in the past 5 games, im not sure if Chris Johson has did tht 4 the past 5 weeks. And to top it off, green ellis has a great matchup vs the browns wit a very week secondary to breaak through and an even weaker linebacker'cb set for long runs. green ellis is def the best choice

I would advise you to Start Lynch & Mccoy. Mccoy has been productive fantasy wise this year.
