Could someone please give me websites for jobs and rental property for moving to Scotland?

We hope to move to somewhere not too far from Glasgow area next year but will look for jobs before property...at least for one of us. I heard that even to mind a neighbours child you must be a registered childminder. Is it obligatory to mind the child in your own home or can it be done in the child's home? Would love any websites that could be helpful for info. Thanks.
