I need to know if there is any Ninjutsu or taijutsu training available online?

I would prefer videos or step by step guides

There are, but they are intended as a reference for existing students. You cannot learn a martial art from videos - it is impossible. The reason is because there is a lot more going on than can accurately be described in a 1-2 hour video, this is why people can train in these arts for 20+ years doing the exact same moves and still continue to learn something new. Trying to learn from a video only serves to develop bad habits that are very difficult to break once you start legitimate training.

That being said, IF you are already a student, then you can find some good videos from Masaaki Hatsumi Soke at budovideos.com. They are in Japanese, but have english subtitles.
